But we also say you’re self-aware. We’re saying that you’re aware of the effects of your actions, and you’re aware of your thoughts. We’re saying you have self-awareness.
This is the perfect phrase to say that self-awareness is a good thing. It’s the best thing because it opens the door to the world and the world that people live in. We can’t know the value of our emotions until we use them. That’s why it is so important to become aware of how we feel.
