In the world of the mind, there are three levels of awareness.
First there is the awareness of the body, which is aware of its own sensations.
The second level is when we think about the mind, which is the awareness of the thoughts that we have. But these thoughts are separate from our awareness of the body because the body is a product of the mind.
The mind is a separate and independent dimension, but the body is a product of our thoughts. This is why we need a third level of awareness. We can also call this awareness of the mind-body link. The mind-body link can be the third level of our awareness, but it is the most difficult to achieve. We can only experience it when we think about the body.

So can you think back on the last time you thought about your body. It is the most common state we experience. It is also the most difficult to achieve. It is when we get into the mind-body link that most of the negative emotions come: anger, fear, disgust, shame, guilt, and fear of abandonment. We can overcome these emotions by learning to control our thoughts about the body. The best way to do this is to learn to stop thinking about your body.
This means to stop thinking about your body and thinking of your body. But of course this is easier said than done. The mind-body link is the link that allows the mind to control your body.
