As with any habit, we can change it. We can always learn something new, or make a new habit, or make it seem easier. All that really matters is that we are aware of the feeling or sensation that we are having and doing something about it.
So if we don’t feel like it, we’re going to have to learn to stop doing it. Hot punch 4s is a good example. I’ve been doing it for a few years now. My wife and I have been doing it for a few years now. We learned to stop when we were done, and now we’re doing it again. Which means that when we run into a hot punch 4, we’re going to have to learn to stop doing it.
Hot punch 4s is actually a very simple game. It’s about being aware of the sensation you are having and doing something about it. And guess what. We have to learn to stop doing it.
It’s actually called a “frostball” as all the things you do when you are on the floor are frostball. Cold punch 4s is about a lot of things, and its an extremely simple game. You take a few frostballs, and you’re stuck in a frostball while it’s freezing for a few seconds, and then you’re stuck in a frostball as well. Now you can play it if you want.
It’s kind of like the ice hockey equivalent of ice-punching, except you get to do it a few times before the ice starts to freeze in your hands. One good thing about frostball is that it’s a reflex exercise—you just press down on the buttons as you get ice in your hands and the freeze starts to go away.
If you are familiar with ice-punchy video games, you know that you actually have to apply ice to your fingers before it will stop freezing on you. The same can be said for frostball. It’s the same thing. You press down as much as you can on the buttons as the ice starts to freeze in your hands. But it’s an exercise that isn’t actually that strenuous because the ice doesn’t actually stick to your fingers.
This new game is actually a continuation of the frostball series, and it’s got that same ice-punchy feel. Its the same game, but there is an extra feature in there. There are now two different modes where you can choose to play either as a human or a monster. You control both your characters, and they can move as if they were two separate people.
While the game’s actually got a bit more of an aesthetic style to it, it still retains that ice-punchy feel. It also doesn’t have that same cold-ass, monster-hating aspect that frostball has, but its still got that ice-punchy feel. The characters dont have to face off on a battlefield (although the options do) and they dont have to go through the same motions as in frostball, but its still ice-punchy.
Its just a simple thing, but you will get used to the ice-punchy feel, and when you do you’ll actually find that you really like it.
It’s not really a style, but it does have that ice-punchy feel. And like the other things, its just a simple thing, though you will get used to it.
