I’m going to be speaking at the igmc conference at the end of the month, and I’d love to meet you all there. I’ll be teaching a session on mindfulness, which is a technique that helps us stop acting and start being.
igmc is an international conference of mindfulness teachers and practitioners. It’s for anyone who wants to learn how to become more aware of and in touch with their own thoughts and feelings. In the following months, I’ll be teaching three workshops on mindfulness and its benefits to people of all ages.

As a newbie, I feel like I’ve been in a class all my life. I mean, most people who come to our igmc classes are new to mindfulness or have never tried it before. igmc teaches you to make a conscious effort to know your state of mind and mindfully observe your thoughts and feelings as you do them. The class also teaches you how to be aware of your actions and to recognize when you are doing something that reflects your true feelings.
igmc is a very unique mindfulness and meditation class. It combines meditation and self-awareness with the idea of what’s going on in our minds and body and how they are interacting. A lot of people have been taught to meditate in order to relax, but most of the classes I’ve experienced seem to focus on actually learning how to more deeply observe what’s going on in our minds and bodies and how that affects how we experience our lives.
I think that the most interesting aspect of the class is not so much the meditation and mindfulness of the classes but the way it focuses on the fact that we live in a world of information, and if we’re unaware of the information we’re given, we’re going to get confused and frustrated.
I think meditation is something that people are always trying to do – but just as much as we don’t want to give away our personal information on the web, we also don’t want to take it for granted. We don’t want to think that because we put on a headset and do the meditation, that our brain just automatically knows what’s going on. We all have to continually remind ourselves that our minds are always on some sort of constant feedback loop.
Weve all done things that we dont love in the past and we dont want to do it ever again. But we also don’t want to stop doing them either. If we do it enough, our brain will learn to automatically tell our mind, “Oh, this is what meditation is.
I don’t know if this is a good thing or not, but if it was a good thing, I wouldn’t want to stop. To be honest, I don’t think it would make much of an impact on the mind. The fact that we see some people who “talk” with their mind and feel their own pain is not a good thing. It isn’t a good thing.
It will be fun to try out some of these new games and see how they work in Deathloop.
