A friend of mine was talking to me recently about the fact that we all need to learn to be more self-aware. When we’re not aware of our reactions, it can be very hard to notice when we’re doing the wrong thing.
The problem with all of this self-awareness talk is that it seems to suggest the need to take control of the situation. But we’re not in control. We’re in the mind. The mind is a chaotic, random place where thoughts and reactions are the norm. We can’t control it, we can only control our reactions.
The mind is also our most powerful weapon. When we notice we’re reacting in the wrong way, we can change our behavior to be more reflective. We can use this awareness to notice when we’re doing the wrong thing. We can use this awareness to consciously choose better actions. We can use this awareness to take control of our thoughts and impulses. We can use this awareness to notice when we’re doing the wrong thing.
When you’re having a bad day, you might not realize you’ve been doing something wrong. We all know this happens, but it’s hard to admit it. The fact is, most of us are too busy to notice what we’re doing. Some of us are even too busy to notice what we’re thinking. We all go through this, but most of us don’t have the tools to do it.
Another way to make being aware of our habits and routines a little easier is to get in the habit of getting up early. When I go to bed at the same time every night, I have the same habits for the next day. So by being in the habit of getting in the habit of getting up early, I can start to notice the little habits that tend to fall by the wayside.
But most of us are too lazy to get up at the same time every day and have the habits that fall by the wayside. So we get up too early to eat, we get up too late to sleep, and we get up too early to do what we usually do. We get all up early, we all run around, and we all stop.
It’s a little known fact that our brains are actually hard-wired to get up and go. At around seven AM, we wake up and go to bed. We have a routine and a purpose for how and when we get up. So we have the habit of getting up at the same time every morning. Most of us, however, are lazy.
This may sound like an odd statement, but it is true. You see, when you go to bed at night, the entire structure of your brain is in a state of sleep. It’s like a big empty cave that has been sealed shut and is now closed off from the outside world. It’s the cave of your mind that has been sealed shut.
This is a little bit like lakshadweep, except that the cave of your mind is much bigger and is now locked, locked from all the outside world. In lakshadweep, the cave of your mind is a place you have to get to by a certain time every day. In lakshadweep, the cave of your mind is the place you have to be when you get up in the morning.
To get up in the morning, you have to get up in the morning at exactly the right time. You can’t just leave the room at 8:00, but when you get up in the morning, you have to leave it after 8 hours. You cannot sleep until the morning.
