As we move along as a species, the more we tend to rely on our instincts as humans to determine what we should and should not do. For instance, many of us have been taught to go to bed earlier than usual, to skip breakfast, and to take the shortest, most direct route home.

The problem is that I cant exercise due to a lack of willpower. I dont think I have enough willpower to exercise but I do it anyway.
The problem is that even though I dont exercise, I still eat too much. I dont know what my life would have been like if I didnt have a strong will to exercise and to have food in my diet. I just wish I knew what my body needs to be that it craves.
