This list is a compilation of the awardees for the Bharat Ratna Award, a prestigious national award given to the most outstanding Indian or international artist or authors. This year’s list is a mix of artists from our field and those from around the world. In the end, it is a list that will help a lot of people in India recognize the best in their region.
Some of the artists on the list include: Ritu Chaudhuri, Surya Banerjee, Amit Kumar, Preeti Sarkar, Bhuvanesh Mahadevan, Ashish Chakraborty, and G. Subramaniam.
The Bharat Ratna Awards have been around since 1955, and have been a prominent international platform for Indian artists every year. This year’s list was compiled by a committee made up of five eminent writers, two of whom are from this blog. The only things missing from the list are the awards themselves and the winning artists from the last year.
The Bharat Ratna Awards are the most prestigious awards in India for creative arts and culture. They are held annually and are known for their high-quality, international exhibits. It’s not too often that you get to see an Indian artist win an award. So congrats to the five artists on the list, and to Bollywood for turning an already lucrative industry into a $10 billion business.
Of course the Bharat Ratna was already a massive business when all the winners were announced. It was the first time that India had ever won an international award and the fact that two of them were from Bollywood, the biggest moneymaker in Indian film, is a testament to that. The list is also incomplete because awards are given at the national level, and because this list was made for this blog, you can’t really expect too many things to be missing.
The list is about to be filled up but it still needs to be narrowed down. After a long search and a few hours of reading on Google it’s easy to see that some of the winners weren’t winning big but were getting richer and more lucrative. Now they’re not, either.
I’m sure you’re not just writing an essay about how you’re going to get the best award and that can be a very long, long list. It’s like someone who just bought a car and got a bad credit score. You can’t just write about when you win or when you lose, and it still won’t get you much more money.
I dont understand how we can do this. I mean, its obvious we shouldnt be doing this. But if youre really going to do this, then you should make it easy. You should make it so that we have to spend a certain amount of time reviewing each other’s submissions to go by. We should be able to sort by the number of wins and losers.
The problem is that the list is very long and you have to scroll down a bit. It should be easier to see the winners and losers from the top. I can see the problem in the first round, however, once we get to the second round we can scroll back up and see what everyone has submitted. We should be able to see the top five winners and five bottom five losers from the top.
