Maybe you are not eating enough, or you are not exercising enough, or you’re not sleeping enough, or you’re not sleeping late enough etc. The whole point is to be able to say to ourselves, “You are not doing enough of those things, and we should be doing them more.
I think this is a big topic (and I say it like this because it may seem like a silly thing to say) but it is important to realize that we need to be intentional about our focus. We want to be able to say to ourselves: I am not eating enough, I am not exercising enough, I am not sleeping enough, I am not sleeping late enough etc. etc. etc.
