If you want to talk about self-protection, you need to learn to speak honestly. Here’s the thing. If you want to put yourself in the position of being self-aware, you need to be self-aware of what you’re doing.

I’m not sure if I should have included the first line or not. But I want to give a shoutout to all of the people who actually read this and who actually read my blog. I hope you all have a great start to the new year and remember, you are not alone.
I mean for those of you who don’t read this blog, one month isn’t a whole lot to ask of you. A month is the length of time it takes for you to start noticing that youre on autopilot and that it can be hard to stop. If you can’t stop it, then you’re probably on autopilot.
