Rahm Emmanuel has been the owner of the Chicago Cubs since his company was formed in 1945. His goal was to be a major league franchise in the National League and he succeeded, but the Cubs have had trouble staying in the American League since the 1970s. In recent years the Cubs have struggled to stay in the race for the World Series. Then there is the issue of the Cubs having the worst attendance for almost a century.
In the video clip we see a young Rahm running around the parks with a big smile on his face. The guy is so happy he is making a video for the Cubs, which is a good sign. At least he cares enough to put the camera on the baseball field and not in the bleachers. I wonder if he is also making a video for the Chicago Fire Department, who he knows have a terrible attendance record. It’s not the first time he has done this.
Rahm is, in a way, very much like a modern-day version of the ancient Greek myth of Odysseus. As it turns out, Rahm is also the captain of the Fire Department. He is the one that takes the pictures and videos of the burning buildings and the people getting killed, but he is an incompetent captain. He is a disaster in the field, but he is also inept at managing his department.
The fire department gets a lot of credit for saving many lives, but in the end it is the individual officers that are the heroes. The Fire Department is a tight-knit group of men all working under the same roof. The Captain in charge of this department is the captain that has to deal with a lot of people with no accountability. It’s the captain that can take the blame for the bad work, but it is the individual officers that are accountable to their fellow men.

The captain of the force that deals with people with no accountability is the captain that is accountable to his men. And people with no accountability are the ones that we have to deal with when we’re out there in the field.
This trailer tells us that this captain doesn’t have to be the captain that he’s supposed to be, because a lot of the time he’s not the captain that he’s supposed to be. And while most of the time this captain may be the captain who’s supposed to be, the captain that’s not.
Captain, huh? I’m not sure what you meant when you said you were going to be captain of the force that deals with people with no accountability, but I assume you meant that you were going to be the leader of this team that deals with people with no accountability. And that makes perfect sense because it makes sense that a captain of the force that deals with people with no accountability is probably also the captain that is accountable to his men.
