When we are ready to use our hands, we can touch the skin of your skin with the tips of our fingers. This is the most common way we use our hands for our daily activities. I often use my hands to touch the skin of my hands. I don’t have to take off my hands if I am touching my skin. In the same way that our hands give us feedback to the skin, our brains give us feedback to the skin. Touching an organ can cause a physical reaction. This is one of those things that we often forget to mention when we give it a title. Its not something that only happens to people with a cardiac condition. This is something that happens to anyone. The reason why we might not have any knowledge of how to control our own emotions, reactions, and body image is because we do not have a conscious mind. Our bodies, though very complex, are programmed to operate in ways that are based on unconsciousness.
This is not to say that we don’t feel emotions and reactions. We do. But because our conscious mind is not there to control our emotions and reactions, we often don’t pay enough attention to what we’re feeling. We might be aware of a slight feeling or sensation in our stomach, but it’s really only a sign of our pulse rate or our heart rate. We don’t get a full sense of the sensation of our breathing, our skin, or our eyes.
So when we get a glimpse of how our emotions are working, we often make an unconscious choice to ignore these sensations. That way we end up with a feeling of happiness or sadness or some other emotion we feel without being aware of the feeling.
The most effective way of telling an emotional response in its entirety is to look at what is happening in your head while you’re doing it. To do this you need to see your brain. But if you’re on autopilot, the brain is still the most efficient way of telling you the same thing. So you need to have a couple hundred of brain cells (this is the brain in action) and tell yourself, “I’m happy. I’m sad.
But you don’t have that much brain cells this is the brain in action, so you need to be aware of what is going on around you. But if you’re on autopilot, you already know how to do this.
