For example, I think there could be women in construction who were actually working at construction sites and also other kinds of construction jobs.
I think there could be women who don’t work in construction but have a job that they are interested in and want to take up as well. For example, the wife of one of the guys in my office has a good job as a real estate agent and would like to get into construction.
