I am not advocating for playing video games for pleasure on a regular basis. I am saying that video games can be a huge part of your life if you are a “stupid” person. Video games are so simple to play, they can be entertaining, a relaxing activity (if you are in the right frame of mind), and can be an addiction you cannot kick.
Video games are addictive in that they lead to a state of being that is often a bit of a rollercoaster of emotions. If you are in the right frame of mind, you feel like you are in a good place. If you are not, you feel as if you are in a bad place. This is especially true when it comes to video games. You can go from feeling like you are on a rollercoaster to feeling like you are on a rollercoaster again.
It’s important to note that video games are not the only addictive activity. They may be the most addictive, but they are not the only one. Many people have other addictions like gambling, pornography, and sex. Many people go to great lengths to avoid anything that may make them feel anxious or uncomfortable. Some people, like myself, try to avoid anything that may make me feel “uncomfortable” or “anxious”.
There’s plenty of other things that can be done to rid themselves of the addiction to video games. For example, don’t play the game too much. Don’t play it a lot. If you have a habit of hitting the screen while playing, don’t try to do that. If you find yourself having a few high-risk or high-reward moments, try to get up and do something that gets you into trouble.

I don’t know about you, but video games are an addictive, fast-paced, and often meaningless experience that I have no choice about getting into.
